Initial Process
After our consultation and your acceptance to proceed a non-refundable design fee of £50. This is to cover your commissioned design and price varies on the complexity of the design but this will be take off your total balance. After Rose May has painted your design she will email you a watermarked copy of the design. After your approval she will create your unique, contempory wedding stationery and email you copies of these. After you have approved these you will be sent a document listing the exact details with regard to materials used, colours, design, price and time scales, you must approve all this so that we can complete your order.
Cancellation Policy
All payments made are non refundable. All cancellations must be given in writing and you must inform us as soon as possible. Clients will be billed for the work already completed.
Payments
Initial deposit is required to begin the process of design. Rose May will discuss your options with you and she will determine the initial deposit dependent upon the time in which she feels it will take her to complete the design. Final payment is due when your order is complete (we update your final balance with the delivery charge once we can determine the weight of your items) and upon receipt of your final payment we will delivery your stationery.
Delivery
All stationery will be sent special delivery. The charge will be passed onto the client and added to the final payment. Rose May Designs will not accept any liability for delay, loss or damage to goods.
In cases of big orders you may wish to pick up your stationery from our office. Equally, you may ask for a quote for us to delivery your stationery personally as in some cases this could be less than the normal delivery costs.
Copyright
All designs are copyright of Rose May Designs. All stationery purchased will have Rose May Designs' logo on the back and each painted design will be signed by Rose May. All stationery designs may be used for promotional purposes.
Client Information
It is the responsibility of the client to proof read their wording for their stationery. Rose May Designs cannot be held responsible for any errors once the design has been agreed via email and the sample has been approved.
It is the responsibility of the client to obtain any copyright for hymns etc. that are to be used. Rose May Designs are not responsible for this in any way.
Prices are subject to change, any confirmed orders will not be affected by any price increases .
